Our Infinity Teether was specifically designed to promote a 2-hand grasp in teething and play ✋🏼🤚🏼. This handcrafted wooden toy provides both smooth and bumpy textures for biting & oral-exploration.

The infinity ring design tells them you'll love them FOREVER and encourages your little one to use both hands at the same time...great for learning to rotate objects, as well as prep for using both hands together on a bottle or sippy cup!

Midline skills begin to develop around 2-3 months of age when babies bring their hands together for fingerplay and mouthing.  Banging objects together begins around 4 months, while transferring objects fully from hand-to-hand begins a bit later around 6 months.  These skills are critical for quality fine-motor development and future dexterity!

Tip*

➡️ When nursing or bottle feeding, make sure BOTH of your baby's arms are brought to the front against your chest. Resist the habit to tuck that other little arm under your armpit or around your back. Repeated shoulder retraction can inhibit forward movement and reaching, while a natural & neutral shoulder position will maintain good joint alignment.

➡️ Dangle Infinity Teether from your carseat or playgym to encourage early reaching and batting. Tie on a red or brightly colored ribbon.  Watching it swing will encourage visual tracking skills and develop eye muscles.
